Sortable Economist Matrix: 2013 and before

This chart show the correlation in opinions between every pair of economists based on the first 40 questions in the IGM Forum, from 2013 and before. Each square represents a correlation value, ranging from -1.0 (complete disagreement) to 1.0 (complete agreement), and provides a more accurate estimate of similarity than positions in a 2D space. To sort the economists, just click on a name.

The most important thing to remember is that despite their disagreements, economists mostly agree with each other. All correlations below are positive.
